One-Time Fee: Upon signing up, you will be charged a one-time fee of $299.
Monthly Subscription Fee: A recurring monthly fee of $59 will be charged for continued use of the service until the credit repair process is complete or until you cancel the service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to support@credit-diy.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
6. Payment Method and Chargeback Waiver
By using our services, you agree to pay by credit card. You understand and acknowledge that by agreeing to these terms, you waive all rights to initiate a chargeback for services rendered. You accept that the credit repair process involves inherent risks, and there are no guarantees of an increase in your credit score. You further acknowledge that results may vary based on various factors beyond our control, and you willingly assume this risk when using our service.
7. Dispute Resolution Process
The AI-driven credit repair process aims to dispute errors on your credit report. However, Credit-DIY.com does not guarantee that every dispute will result in a favorable outcome or that your credit score will improve.
